Job Description :
My client, an Engineering company based in the Droitwich area, is looking to recruit an Accounts Assistant on a Permanent basis.The main functions of the role include- Keep all financial records updated- Support the finance team with payments and invoices- Manage Bank Reconciliations and transactions on a daily basis- Support payroll- General admin tasks to support the finance team- Chasing late payments- Manage expenses- Assist with auditsAs a suitable candidate you will offer the following- Ideally hold AAT Level 2 or similar Accounting qualification- Previous experience supporting payroll function- String IT Skills including experience of payroll systems such as SAGE- Excellent communication skills- Strong attention to detail- this role will require you to work 5 days a week on-site(no hybrid option)The salary on offer is up to £28,000Keywords:Accounts, processing payments, invoices, bank reconciliations, AAT, sage, 50, 200, financial statements, expenses, budgets,
