My client are a thriving business and a local success story seeking a bright, talented, aspiring finance assistant to join them.

Description

• Assist with data inputting across two systems
• Matching and coding invoices
• Assist with supplier statement reconciliations
• Assist with resolving supplier and customer queries
• Liaise with suppliers, purchasers, and warehouse to deal with any invoices queries on deliveries or pricing
• Assisting with bank reconciliations
• Expense claims and credit cards
• Banking
• Petty Cash postings
• Adhoc financial projects and any other duties as required

Profile

The successful candidate:

• Some Knowledge of Excell and sage accounting software
• Good attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills as will be required to communicate internally and externally
• Studying AAT level 2 qualification would be advantageous however not required.
