Accounts Assistant - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Accounts Assistant to join a business based in East Bristol for a period of 3 months - With hybrid working + parking.

Role: Accounts Assistant

Hourly rate: £30,000 - £32,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)

Duration: 3 months

Start date: ASAP

Working pattern: Full time - 37.5 hours a week. 3 days a week in the office, 2 from home

Responsibilities include:

• Dealing with suppliers
• Resolving coding issues
• Liaising with wider departments to resolve issues
• Ensuring accurate codes are set up
• Uploading invoices onto accounting system & Excel
• Assisting with back log
• Reconciliations

Skills/Experience needed:

• Computer literate
• Proficient in Excel & willing to learn more
• High attention to detail
• Natural and pro-active problem solver
• Analytically minded
• Not afraid to get stuck in!
