Accounts Assistant Manager PeterboroughSalary £45,000 - £55,000

Butler Rose are pleased to be representing our client, a well-established, top 40 firm of chartered accountants that is seeking an Accounts Assistant Manager to join their Peterborough based Business Team to provide a mix of services, including bookkeeping, forecasting, year-end accounts preparations and tax returns for clients of all shapes and sizes, typically owner managed businesses with turnovers up to £2m.

Role Responsibilities

• Year-end accounts preparation to a high standard
• Complete Tax computations accurately, in particular VAT, corporation tax and personal tax
• Bookkeeping
• Proactively build client relationships

Personal Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified
• Ability to project manage statutory/ management accounts preparation jobs
• Ability to delegate work effectively
• Client facing experience
• Commercially focused
