Accounts Assistant study support - RG Consultancy Ltd : Job Details

We are pleased to be supporting a growing, well established business who are looking to expand within the finance department, this Pontefract based company are looking for an ambitious accounts assistant to join them on a full time, permanent basis. You will be joining a team of 4 within finance and will report into an excellent, passionate financial controller.

Due to the business growing and changing the job spec will develop overtime duties may include;

• Bank reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Supplier statements
• Purchase ledger - manage the invoices and check they are processed correctly
• Assist with cash flow forecasting
• Assist with budgets and expenditure
• Analyse the P&L reports - to fully understand the business
• Produce and post journals
• Other adhoc duties
