Job Title:  Accounts Clerk

Job description: Venn Group has partnered with a large organisation based in the Rugby area to find an Accounts Clerk on a temporary to permanent basis.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure payment runs are sent out within set timeframes
• Ensure that payments made are compliant with HMRC regulations
• Liaise with Commercial Teams to ensure payment queries are resolved in a timely manner
• Produce and provide key subcontractor reports
• Produce month end reports and reconciliations
• Manage key supplier accounts
• Resolve internal queries and maintain internal relationships
• Meet requirements of company standard financial service level agreements

   The ideal candidate will:

• Have experience in purchase ledger and CIS experience
• Possess good Excel skills
