Description

Accounts Controller - Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Lead monthly management accounts preparation and analysis for multiple business units
• Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to senior management
• Business partner with operational managers to improve financial performance and decision-making
• Oversee a team of 3 finance professionals, developing their capabilities and ensuring delivery of objectives
• Implement process improvements and strengthen financial controls
• Manage key stakeholder relationships across the business and group finance function

Profile

Accounts Controller - Required Experience and Qualifications:

• ACCA/CIMA qualified or actively studying
• Proven experience in a manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics environment
• Strong track record in business partnering and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
