Description
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, offering expert advice and solutions tailored to their needs.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of accountants and support staff, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative culture.
- Financial Oversight: Ensure the delivery of high-quality financial reporting, compliance, and advisory services. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and other reports.
- Strategic Development: Contribute to the long-term strategic direction of the firm, identifying opportunities for growth and service expansion.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, support the firm's growth initiatives, and play a key role in the firm's client acquisition strategy.
Profile
A successful 'Accounts Director' should have:
- A professional accounting qualification ACA/ACCA
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Excellent client relationship management skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
