Description

The duties include:

• Accurately raising sales invoices
• Resolve and action customer invoicing queries
• Uploading invoices onto AR portals
• Managing Email inbox traffic and responding to emails
• Report on aged debtors
• Support AR Manager with month end tasks and general admin tasks
• Ensure timely collection of cash for unpaid invoices
• Cash posting

Profile

The successful candidate MUST:

• Have experience working in entry level finance role or in AR - Essential
• Be an excellent communicator at all levels - Essential
• Have experience using finance system Oracle - Desirable
• Be able to work in a fast paced environment - Essential
• Have a 'can do' attitude - Essential

Job Offer

This role is looking to pay up to £30,000 depending on experience + Bonus + Hybrid home working + Flexible Start/finish time + Parking + Pension
