Join an ambitiouswell-renowned mid-tier accounting firm, who are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to cover maternity leave on a 12-month fixed term contract. This role involves reviewing and training junior staff, collaborating with the head of department for onboarding new clients and managing billing, and implementing processes to enhance departmental efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 5, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of client services.
- Review and train junior staff to support their professional development.
- Collaborate with the head of department for client onboarding and billing management.
- Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery, including annual accounts, audits, and tax returns.
- Directly interact with clients and liaise with colleagues from other departments and international offices.
- Manage billing processes, including work in progress (WIP) control and process reviews.
