Public Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants who are seeking a Business Services/ Accounts Manager to join their Northampton office.

The role could suit an ACCA/ ACA Qualified individual seeking career progression and an excellent work/ life balance.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own diverse portfolio of clients from an array of sectors, being their first point of contact for providing accounts and tax services.

Fantastic remuneration and benefits package, personal progression plan with mentorship from the Partners, and the option of working from home 2 days per week. Part time also considered.

The Role:

Managing all aspects of the client portfolio, acting as the main point of contactReview of statutory accountsPersonal and Corporate tax computationsIdentifying tax planning opportunitiesMentoring junior staff and reviewing their workAssisting with other ad hoc assignmentsClient meetingsBusiness development

You:

ACA/ ACCA QualifiedExperience of managing a client portfolioA strong background in accountancy practiceGood working knowledge of FRS102 reporting standardsExcellent communication skills
