In this position, you’ll manage a portfolio of clients across various sectors, working closely with them to provide tailored financial guidance and accounting solutions. Your role will involve reviewing financial statements, delivering high-quality advice, and identifying growth opportunities for clients. Additionally, you will support the wider team, providing technical guidance and mentoring junior staff, ensuring they grow alongside you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a varied client portfolio, delivering high-quality accounting services
  • Review and finalise financial statements and reports
  • Offer strategic financial advice to clients, identifying growth opportunities
  • Provide technical support and mentorship to junior staff members
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client service delivery
Requirements
  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Proven experience in managing client accounts and overseeing a team
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary : 50000 - 65000
