Accounts Office Manager
Location: BournemouthType: Full Time, Office-basedHours: 9am – 5pm
About Us: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Accounts Office Manager to join our clients team on a permanant and immediate basis. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a passion for numbers, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Invoices: Handle all aspects of invoicing, including preparation, verification, and reconciliation.
- Bank Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
- VAT: Manage VAT returns and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Office Administration: Oversee general office administration tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Answering Phone: Provide excellent customer service by answering phone calls and addressing inquiries.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an accounts or office management role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll, invoicing, bank reconciliations, and VAT.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
