Alexander Daniels are recruiting for a Accounts Payable Admin Assistant on a 6 month FTC. You will be responsible for supporting the Accounts Payable Clerks in their day-to-day duties ensuring accuracy in maintaining the Accounts Payable administration function.
Daily duties will include:
- Management of the Accounts Payable mail inbox
- Ensuring completion of supplier reconciliation
- Assisting the accounts payable clerks with their day-to-day tasks
- Matching invoices to purchase orders
- Entering invoices/credit notes direct to ledgers
- Answering Accounts Payable supplier queries via email/phone
Experience:
- Proven experience as an accounts payable administrative assistant
- Strong understanding of accounts payable principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks affectively
- Knowlegde of Excel (VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables)
