Description
Accounts Payable Admin
- Receive, review, and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts to ensure correct billing.
- Enter and upload invoices into the accounting system for payment processin
- Conducting basic account reconciliations
- Supporting the finance department in daily administrative tasks
- Review and process employee expense reports for reimbursement.
- Ensure expenses comply with company policies and are properly documented.
- Reconcile and audit corporate credit card transactions.
Profile
A successful Accounts Payable Admin should have:
- A strong educational background in finance or a related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent numerical skills
- Attention to detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Understanding of basic bookkeeping procedures
