Accounts Payable Administrator | £28,000-30,000 | Wrexham
An opportunity has come up at a manufacturing business based in Wrexham to bring in an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join a well established finance team.
As Accounts Payable Administrator, you will play a key role in the purchase ledger team. Day to day duties will include:
- Posting a high volume of purchase ledger invoices
- Processing weekly payments
- Processing expenses
- Resolving supplier queries
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Supporting wider finance team with ad hoc duties
For this role, you must have:
- Experience working in a high volume accounts payable environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines in a timely and accurate manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach with a strong work ethic
- AAT part qualified would be advantageous
