Accounts Payable Assistant

London, NW9

£27,500 + Pension

A keen and enthusiastic Accounts Payable Assistant is required to ensure that supplier invoices are processed and paid on schedule.

Some of your duties will include:

- Managing the accounts payable function and processing timely supplier payments

- Checking supplier invoices received, inputting invoices on system and allocating nominal codes

- Dealing with any invoice queries that arise and resolving all issues

- Reconciling supplier statements and processing outgoing payments

- Producing remittance advise paperwork and preparing payment reports

- Reconciling accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for
