Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant Salary: £30k - £35kLocation: West End, London - Hybrid

Summary:

We are exclusively representing one of London's oldest and most prestigious Property Manager, Investor and Developers, based in the heart of the West End. With a portfolio encompassing Hotels, Residential Units, Shops, Restaurants, Office Space, Schools, Bars, Embassies and Green Spaces this role will give you a broad exposure.

The successful candidate will have 6-18 months experience within an AP role, preferably within Real Estate, but looking for the next step to grow with a reputable company. In return, there will be options for study support as well as plenty of on-the-job support and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting the finance team on a day-to-day basis
• Processing and logging varying volumes of invoices onto the accounting system.
• Ensuring that the Purchase Ledger function is running efficiently within the finance function
• Management of the AP Inbox
• Completing ad-hoc duties as required and instructed to do so by other members of the finance department.
• Utilise accounting systems and ensure all data entry is accurate
