Accounts Payable Assistant - Juice Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Do you have an excellent eye for detail and a love of numbers? Are you currently in an accounts role and looking for the next role?

We are delighted to be recruiting for a leading Wiltshire business with great employee benefits and a strong culture.

DAY TO DAY:

• Processing supplier purchase invoices
• Reconciling supplier statements
• Identify and resolve queries so invoices are ready for payment
• Processing payments to suppliers
• Making ad hoc payments as instructed
• Creating new suppliers and maintaining supplier records
• Responding to supplier queries and monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date
• Helping with audits where needed

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Experience of purchase ledger - 6 months minimum
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive approach
• A problem solving attitude & plenty of self-motivation
• Proactive approach to work
• Someone who is keen to benefit from the expertise of others in the team
