Fantastic opportunity for a busy TV & Film Production Studio!

You will join a super lovely, sociable and fun finance team, reporting into the Management Accountant.

Ideally you will have 6months + of AP experience and love working in a creative environment!

• Hybrid working- 4 days a week in the London office
• £25k- £30k (experience depending)
• Working in a team
• Study support provided
• Full training and support given

The role:

• High volume invoice processing
• Reconcile supplier accounts
• Process payments
• Post credit card transactions
• Bank reconciliations
• Manage staff expenses
• Proactively resolve supplier queries
• Assist in raising POs
• Support with the finance department month end close
• Assist in gathering information needed for the yearly audit
• Ad hoc work when required

The person:

• Experience using accounting systems
• Ideally experience in a fast paced purchase ledger role
• Team player
• Ideally from a Creative/ production agency background
• Great attention to detail and problem solving skills
