Accounts Payable Assistant QUBE / Property Experience - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Your new companyA chance to join an established property management / chartered surveying company that specialises in managing commercial property portfolios. They are looking to expand the finance team and hire an Accounts Payable Assistant to support the Client Accountant. Ideally, they are looking for an individual with an excellent understanding and experience of the purchase ledger, bank reconciliations and supplier statement reconciliations. QUBE systems experience would be highly beneficial.

Your new role

• Maintaining supplier inbox
• Processing supplier invoices onto QUBE
• Preparation of payment runs to be authorised by a partner
• Bank account reconciliations
• Supplier account reconciliations
• Client account reconciliations
• Processing expenses
• Supporting with client accounts

What you'll need to succeed

• QUBE experience ideal
• Experience of purchase ledger within the property management industry (MUST HAVE)
• Good attention to detail
