Accounts Payable Clerk

We are currently offering a flexible part-time Accounts Payable Clerk role with a leading healthcare provider in Hastings. This temporary position is ideal for individuals with Accounts Payable experience, including the processing of Purchase Orders and Supplier invoices. While familiarity with Netsuite software is beneficial, comprehensive training will be provided. The role offers flexible working hours across 3 days per week, with hybrid working options and a requirement to be office-based for at least one day.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Accurately process Purchase Orders and manage Supplier invoices.
- Utilise Netsuite software for all Accounts Payable activities, with training provided.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to resolve invoice discrepancies and queries.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain precise financial records and adhere to company policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role.
- Knowledge of financial software; Netsuite experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills for effective supplier and team interactions.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
