Accounts Payable Clerk - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half Finance & Accounting are exclusively partnering with a growing Tech company based in London, to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3 months.

Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, temporary Accounts Payable Clerk for 3 months to assist their busy Accounts Payable department with the following duties:

• Processing invoices
• Bank allocations
• Expenses
• Credit cards - main one being to take these on get in receipts, work with the business and make sure we get a good process in place here
• Payment runs for the UK - being able to pull these together from the system right through to creating the files for the bank.
• Mailbox management
• General AP duties
• System - Netsuite

The successful temporary, Accounts Payable Clerk will have at least 2+ years experience working within a fast paced environment, have strong accounts payable experience and be able to hit the ground running.

You must be either immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Our client is a growing Tech company based in Central London. They offer a lucrative 3 month temporary role in which you will be joining a growing, dynamic business who have huge growth plans on the horizon.

Salary & Benefits:

This temporary Accounts Payable Clerk role will be paying circa £16-18.50 per hour. This is dependant on experience.
