An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a passionate Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team, working Monday - Thursday 8.15am-5.00pm and Friday 8.15am - 1.15pm

Key Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Clerk:

• Reconciling statements to the Finance System
• Completion of weekly sensitive accounts statements
• Ensure invoices are processed accurately & in a timely manner
• Ensure any overdue accounts are actioned
• Entering invoices onto the purchase ledger
• Payment preparation
• Managing monthly accruals and sundry creditors

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced accounts payable role
• Able to work both as part of a team and autonomously
• Detailed understanding of accounts payable processes and controls
• A detailed accounts of accounts payable processes and controls
• Excellent standard of excel
• Sage 200 experience
