About the Job

This full-time role will see you taking ownership of the purchase ledger function and company payments, working in a dynamic environment. Reporting to the Finance Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and efficient invoice processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment preparation.

Duties will include:

• Processing high volumes of supplier invoices and credit notes, matching to purchase orders and goods received notes
• Liaising with internal teams and suppliers to resolve queries
• Completing monthly supplier statement reconciliations
• Preparing payment runs and managing creditor accounts
• Assisting with month-end tasks, including accruals and cash flow forecasting
• Maintaining financial records and managing accounts email inboxes
• Providing regular updates and contributing to process efficiencies

About the Successful Applicant

You will have experience in, accounts payable, or an accounts assistant role, with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently. A proactive team player, you will have good communication skills and be comfortable using learning new IT systems.
