Description

• Manage and maintain all payment records in a timely and accurate manner.
• Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
• Participate in monthly closing processes and assist in preparing necessary reports.
• Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• Communicate with vendors regarding billing issues and inquiries.
• Maintain vendor files and update contact list regularly.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Accounting & Finance team to ensure smooth operation of all financial matters.

Profile

A successful 'Accounts Payable Clerk' should have:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Dynamics 365 experience would be beneficial
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
