We are working with a well known company who are in urgent need for a highly experianced Accounts Payable Clerk on a temporay to permanete basis, starting ASAP in Watford.

• Preparing vendor invoices
• Coding vendor invoices
• Routing vendor invoices
• Resolving vendor invoice queries
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing petty cash and cheque disbursements
• Processing employee expense claims
• Periodic reporting and balance sheet reconciliations
• Intercompany charges management
• Maintaining intercompany journal entries
• Handling ad-hoc queries
