Accounts Payable Coordinator - Robert Half : Job Details

We are pleased to be working with an exciting business based in Witney that are looking for an AP Coordinator to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with prior experience or for those looking to take their first step into the finance field - offering up to £28,000

Key responsibilities:

• Processing invoices
• Filing invoices processed
• Producing weekly payment runs
• Resolving queries
• Producing reporting in preparation for month end closure
• Clearing direct debits
• Reconciling key vendor accounts for allocated sites
• Processing expenses
• Liaising with AR to reconcile intercompany accounts

What they're looking for:

• Previous experience or looking for your first role in finance
• Good IT skills including Excel
• Strong communication skills
