Amazing opportunity available for a Accounts Payable Executive to join a Tour Operator in South West London. As the Accounts Payable Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Management Accountant in day-to-day financial accounting. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract (Maternity Cover)The Job:* Invoice Inputting* Invoice coding* Payment Runs* Invoice Approvals* Uploading all invoices to oracle* Payments Inbox* Staff queries* Supplier queries* Processing Credit Card Transactions* Handling staff and supplier queries daily as a brand ambassador of the department* Ensuring employee expenses are submitted and processed as per the company's expenses reclaim policy* Various administrative duties including devising a smart filing systemSkills Required:* A willing and flexible approach to work duties* Able to work effectively as part of a team* Attention to detail & high numeracy skills* Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is essentialThe Package:* Salary £24,000* Hybrid working (3 days work from home , 2 days office)Interested:* If you would like to apply for the above vacancy, please click 'APPLY' or email your cv to
