Accounts Payable Job - Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited : Job Details

Position: Accounts Payable SpecialistLocation: KetteringSalary: Approximately £27,000 per annumType: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week, fully office-based)Experience: Minimum 2 years in accounts payable (essential)

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of purchase invoices onto Sage 200
• Supplier management - set up, handling queries, reconciling statements
• Creating BACS payments runs and manual payments to suppliers,
• Processing of staff expenses using Bright-HR Pop
• Liaising with other departments for approval of invoices
• Daily bank reconciliations and distribution of banking reports to the Board
• Reconciling monthly credit card statements
• Producing and filing monthly CIS return to HMRC
• General support and administration to the wider finance team

Other Responsibilities

• Supporting cyclical stock take and stock control processes
• Key role in project to move from the paper-based AP process to digital
