Accounts Payable - JMF Associates : Job Details

Small, dedicated charity based in SE London are now looking for an experienced accounts payable professional, to join a highly driven. established finance team. Reporting to the Head of Finance you will be responsible for:-

Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable role:-

• Match, batch and code purchase invoices
• Process monthly supplier statement and payments via BACS
• Liaise with suppliers to resolve queries and request copy invoices
• Month end reconciliations
• Streamline and improve accounts payable processes
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Update and reconcile the fixed asset register

Requirements of the Accounts Payable Role:-

• Ideally AAT studier or qualified
• Minimum of three years transactional accounting experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• First rate systems skills
