Job Title: Accounts Payable Lead

Duration: Temporary to Permanent position

Salary: £40,000-45,000 plus package

Location: Wimbledon/Home based (1 day in the Wimbledon office per week/4 days home working)

The Role:

• Post business transactions, process invoices, verify financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records
• Provide other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organisation
• Ensure the accuracy of an organisation's financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
• Practice effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner
• Carry out accruals and pre-payments
• Recording and accounting for fixed assets

Experience Required:

• AAT Qualified or Part Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA required (minimal exemptions)
• 3+ years experience within a similar role (AP ideal)
• Skilled on accruals, pre-payments and fixed assets for double-entry bookkeeping
• Must be detail oriented and organised
• Use of MS Office ideal
