Accounts Payable Manager - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half Finance and Accounting are partnering with a Real Estate firm in Central London who are recruiting an immediate, Interim Accounts Payable Manager for 3-6 months.

Role:

Our client is looking to recruit an immediate, Interim Accounts Payable Manager for 3-6 months.

In this role you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Oversee the accounts payable team and ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and expense reports
• Monitor and analyse accounts payable processes and recommend improvements
• Develop and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
• Work with other departments, to ensure timely and accurate payment of invoices
• Manage vendor relationships
• Prepare and analyse accounts payable reports, including aging reports
• Facilitate accurate and timely month-end and year-end close processes for accounts payable
• Train and develop accounts payable staff
• Ensure the effective operation of the core bank reconciliation process, investigating any variances and discrepancies
• Reconciliation of supplier statements

Profile:

The successful interim Accounts Payable Manager will have managed or supervised a team of 2 Accounts Payable Clerks previously, have experience using Yardi as well as having experience improving and streamlining processes.

You must be immediate or on a 1 week notice to be considered for this role.

Our client is a Real Estate firm based in Central London who are looking to recruit an immediate, interim Accounts Payable Manager for 3-6 months.

This role will be based in the office 5 days per week.

Salary & Benefits:

This interim Accounts Payable Manager role will be paying £30-£36 per hour via an umbrella company (dependant on experience and location)
