Michael Page are working with a Public Sector and Government organisation, based in Manchester, who are looking to appoint an Accounts Payable Officer on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in an AP role and be familiar with Pivot Tables and vLookups.

Description

The key responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Officer include:

• Processing purchase orders and invoices
• Responding to any queries
• Ensuring suppliers are paid within schedule
• Supporting with ad hoc tasks where required

Profile

The successful Accounts Payable Officer should have:

• Experience working in an Accounts Payable setting
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritise a busy workload

Job Offer

• £26,000 - £27,000
• Hybrid working (2-3 days in the office)
• 28 days AL + bank holidays
