We are seeking an Accounts Assistant who will provide crucial support to the Accounting & Finance department within the Real Estate industry. This London-based role involves managing the accounts payable process end to end within the corporate team.

Description
- Manage day-to-day transactions including invoices and expenses
- Perform bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Assist in preparing financial reports
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations
- Process payments in a timely manner
- Support monthly CIS Reporting and submissions
- Support the Accounting & Finance department in other tasks as required
Profile
- Experience and knowledge of an accounts payable/ receivables function within a real estate environment.
- Bank Reconciliation experience
- Experience of Excel to an intermediate standard
- Experience using Readsoft/ Great Plains/ Concur (Advantage)
- Knowledge of Construction Industry Scheme (Advantage)
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
- Experience of using OCR invoicing system
- Ability to think proactively and use initiative to contribute to the success of the team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
