Job Advert: Accounts Payable Supervisor – Luton, BedfordshireSalary: £35,000 - £40,000Location: Luton, Bedfordshire (On-site)Hours: 9am - 5pm (9 days per fortnight in the office)Benefits: Free on-site parkingWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Supervisor to join a successful team in Luton, Bedfordshire. In this key role, you will lead and manage a team of five Accounts Payable Clerks, ensuring the smooth, efficient, and accurate processing of invoices and payments.Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the Accounts Payable function, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and on time.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of five Accounts Payable Clerks, providing training and development opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal departments.
• Monitor and improve AP processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable Manager role or similar.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
