Accounts Payable Executive Located in Tottenham Court Road Offering between £35,000 - £40,000 per annum Permanent Hybrid Working ABOUT THE COMPANY Their purpose is to be the independent agency of choice providing a pioneering global platform for brands to connect with audiences in the outside world. • Deal with the balance sheet
• Month end duties
• Process invoices and reconcile supplier statements in an accurate and timely manner.
• You will be helping the company keep on top of all outgoing cash
• Ensuring their suppliers are paid on time and accurately

REQUIREMENTS

• You have previous work experience in Accounts Payable.
• You have experience working in media/advertising, with knowledge of how the industry works or or experience in a high-volume transactional business with regular AP reconciliation (essential).
• NetSuite experience is preferable.
• You have strong Excel skills.
• You are a team player and willing to help others.
• You are calm under pressure and used to working in a fast-paced environment.
• You are happy to share ideas for new initiatives and ways of working and equally happy to hear other people's ideas.
