Public Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a leading firm of Chartered Accountants who are seeking an Accounts Portfolio Manager to join their team in St Albans.

A fantastic opportunity for an ACCA/ ACA Qualified individual working in general practice looking for the next step up in their career with an excellent work/ life balance.

You will be managing a diverse and interesting portfolio of clients from a broad range of industry sectors involving regular client liaison, managing WIP and reviewing the work of junior members of staff.

The Role:

Managing all aspects of the client portfolio, acting as the main point of contactMonitoring and review of statutory accountsPreparation and review of tax complianceManagement reporting packsIdentifying tax planning opportunitiesManaging WIPMentoring junior staff and reviewing their workAssisting with other ad hoc assignmentsClient meetingsBusiness development

You:

ACA/ ACCA QualifiedExperience of managing a client portfolioA strong background in accountancy practiceGood working knowledge of FRS102 reporting standardsExcellent communication skills
