The successful candidate will support the accounts receivable department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks to ensure efficient and accurate processing of financial transactions.

• Assist in the preparation and processing of invoices.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions.
• Communicate with clients to address billing issues and inquiries.
• Support the finance team with month-end closing activities.
• Perform data entry and maintain financial databases.
• Generate reports and assist with financial analysis as needed.
