Description
Accounts Receivable Clerk:
- Manages and maintains all accounts receivable records.
- Process invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Track and monitor outstanding debts.
- Carry out financial transactions and post them into the general ledger.
- Communicate with clients to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
- Generate financial statements and reports for management review.
- Comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Profile
A successful Accounts Receivable Clerk should have:
- An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of account receivable practices and procedures.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
