Accounts Receivable Clerk - AD Finance : Job Details

Alexander Daniels are working with an established business based in Staffordshire to recruit an Accounts Receivable Clerk on a temporary basis. You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the Sales Ledger and maintaining positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

Daily duties:

• Maintaining a clean Accounts Receivable ledger.
• Running monthly Accounts Receivable reports.
• Maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure timely payment of outstanding invoices.
• Working closely with internal sales team to ensure invoices are issued correctly.
• Review bank statements on a daily basis.
• Applying cash receipts to customer accounts.

Essential requirements:

• 3 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience using NetSuite, Sage, SAP.
• Experience working in a multi-currency group.
