Client Details

Working for a large Retail organisation based in Maidstone.

Description

Responsible for collecting cash across the debtor's ledger

Key point of contact for customers.

Liaise with internal and external customers to maximise on time payments and minimize associated business disruption

Provide timely cleared funds confirmation to sites for the release of vehicles.

Full accountability and ownership of investigating & resolving internal and external customer issues

Proactive housekeeping across the ledger to ensure accurate reflection of debtor's position

Deliver outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders to help resolve issues in a timely and professional way

To ensure that all internal and external contact is dealt with in a professional manner.

Ensure all queries are handled promptly and accurately.

Profile

We are looking for someone who can commit to a period of 12 months on a FTC. We are looking for someone who has the skills to fulfil the duties as listed and can work as part of a team.
