Accounts Receivable - Temporary Role

2 months contract, with potential to extend Up to £160 per dayFully remote

Key Responsibilties

• Maintaining customer records, accounts receivable ledgers, and files
• Receiving payments, applying them to customer accounts, and preparing bank deposits
• Contacting customers to ensure timely payment, and tracking overdue invoices
• Submitting daily reports to management, and collecting data to prepare monthly metrics
• Performing credit checks on new customers, and processing credit memos and refunds

• Determining which customers receive terms, and what those terms will be

• Negotiating payments and adjusting delivery schedules as needed

• Participating in month-end closing and other projects
