Page Personnel are partnering with an exciting business who are looking for a Accounts Receivable Clerk - German Speaking to join their accountancy team on a full time permanent basis.

Our client is a successful business that has seen rapid growth in the past 12 months. They are based in Southampton and do require travel to their offices but also offer a hybrid model of working.

Description

As the Accounts Receivable Clerk - German Speaker, you will be responsible for:

• Reconciling & arranging timely collection of booking debt
• Responsible for BAU responsibilities on relevant systems
• Liaising with external and internal departments (in particular Sales and Contact centre) to resolve queries on bookings.
• Ensure agent commission is paid on time and in line with agreed payment terms.
• Liaising with external parties & our global brands to ensure banking forms are completed to allow refunds & payments to be made to guests.
• Working towards targets to reduce overdue debt responsibly.

Profile

To speak fluent German and keen to start a position within finance.

Job Offer

Salary £25,000 - £30,000

Home and office-based hybrid working (3 days in the office & 2 days from home)
