Rate £15.00 p/h to £17.50 p/h

Hybrid working, 4 days a week in the office.

Working hours 9:30am to 6:00pm

Exciting opportunity to join a leading marketing company immediately in a temporary Accounts Receivable role for the next six months. The company have amazing offices based in the heart of the West End. They are supportive, inclusive and collaborative.

As the successful Accounts Receivable, you will:

• Running commission reports
• Reconciliation of multi-currency accounts (USD / EURO /GBP /AUD)
• Updating and maintaining accounts files
• Invoicing clients and preparing remittance advice
• Processing client payments
• Logging client payments
• Close liaison with banks regarding tracking problems and payment difficulties
• Managing client accounts and liaising with them about accounting changes
• Process payments into the bank for transfer

We are open to all applications, however this job would suit someone who is qualified by experience, or who has studied AAT, experience with processing royalties or previous experience working in the accounts department of an estate agency would be very beneficial.

To be successful in your role as Accounts Receivable, you will:

• Have previous accounts experience, ideally coming from a creative agency background
• Be a strong communicator with a driven and resilient nature
• Have a driven and ambitious attitude as well as a strong eye for detail
• Have strong MS Office skills and Navision proficiency is highly desirable
