Accounts Receivable Manager - Executive Talent Solutions : Job Details

Executive Talent Solutions are working with a leading business services group to recruit an Interim NetSuite Accounts Receivable Manager.

The client is an international consultancy group and has enjoyed significant growth over the past 5 years. This growth combined with a recently implemented NetSuite System has lead to the need for an additional resource.

The Interim Billing Manager role will be for 3 months initially with the potential to extend further. The role can be done remotely occasional office based meetings in central London. The position will pay a day rate of £250-300 via a limited or umbrella company.

Key responsibilities include:

• Running UK and international AR and billing cycles using NetSuite
• Creating and amending complex invoices with up to 20 items on each invoice
• Liaising with non finance stakeholders for approvals
• Developing and improving the billing processes on the NetSuite system
• Allocating and reconciling incoming payments on NetSuite

Candidates applying must have extensive AR / Billing and NetSuite experience.

The role will interview before Christmas and is likely to start on 6th January 2025.
