Accounts Receivable Officer - James Andrew Recruitment Solutions (JAR Solutions) : Job Details

We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in Birmingham City Centre, who are recruiting for an Accounts Receivable Officer to join their team on a temporary contract until the end of January 2025.

This is a full-time position with an hourly rate of £13-£14.50 PAYE (subject to experience) and the start date is immediate.

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Raising invoices and credits
• Dealing with student refunds and scholarships
• Setting up new suppliers and customer forms
• Completing accounts reconciliations
• Assisting with ad-hoc sales ledger duties

Experience required:

• Sales ledger

Working hours:

• 37 hours per week
• Monday - Friday 9am-5pm
