Accounts Receivable Specialist - Orka Financial : Job Details

Orka Financial is currently recruiting for a well established business based in Slough who seek to hire an confident well established Accounts Payable Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Resolving escalations on supplier accounts
• Clearing up the Aged Creditors to ensure all payments are allocated
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Working closely with the business to resolve PO non-compliance issues
• Recording and reporting for business Stats
• Other AP related activities eg. credit card payments and post

Required Skills:

• Intermediate level Microsoft Excel, Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communicator, able to build good relationships with internal/external stakeholders
• Flexible and adaptable in a continuously evolving department
• Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to work across time zones and work with globally diverse cultures
• Ability to work independently

Salary £25,000- £30,000 dependent upon experience.
