Accounts Semi Senior - Witham - Salary Negotiable
Due to continued growth, our client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Semi Senior to join their team.
Requirements for the role of Accounts Semi Senior include:
- 4+ years practice experience
- ACA/ACCA trainee or fully qualified AAT
- Audit experience (desirable)
- Commitment to learning new skills to develop your knowledge
- Ability to listen and follow instructions
- Works well within a team environment
Some of the responsibilities of the role include:
- To prepare the more complex elements of the job which may include VAT controls, PAYE controls and other difficult areas.
- To prepare draft annual accounts for all types of trade including sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.
- To ensure that all paperwork is prepared in accordance with company procedure.
- Carry out reviews of balance sheet and profit and loss accounts.
- To meet all deadlines set.
- Communicate with the manager on the progress of work.
