Small but thriving independent firm of chartered accountants based in East Kent now has a tremendous and exciting new opportunity for an experienced accounts semi-senior

The firm represents a broad selection of clients ranging from sole trader through to large LTD companies. Although the client base is primarily based in Kent they do also have clients in London and across the south east

You will be responsible for:

• Preparation of statutory accounts to review stage
• Assisting with management accounts production
• Personal taxation, corporate taxation and VAT returns
• General bookkeeping duties using Sage, Xero or QuickBooks
• Coaching and mentoring junior staff members and trainees

What about you?

• You will have 1-5 years’ experience within an accountancy practice.
• You will be studying AAT / ACCA or be qualified by experience.
• You will have hands-on experience in accounts, tax and VAT preparation.
